MD / DNB- 3 years after degree, Fellowship in Critical care preferred
Should have the capacity to do all the invasive procedures
Should be able to handle
-High end ventilation
-Difficult airway
-Catheter placements
-BAL
-Taracheostomy, PEG
-Management of doing ECMO
