Refund Policy

We hope that the courses or programs that you enter into through our website are to your full satisfaction and make a valuable contribution in enhancing your skills in your profession. However, there may be some circumstances where you may be unable to attend the course or the program offered by an Academy on this website. This refund policy lists out the circumstances where, in case you are not able to attend a course or program that you have registered through the medium of this website, you are eligible for you a full refund of the fees that you have remitted to us for the same (We deduct the transaction charges which are charged by the payment gateway which we use for providing our services).

This Refund Policy has to be read in accordance with any other agreements, including the Terms Of Service and The Privacy Policy that the User has with www.informdoc.com and Harvee Designs.

  1. Any claim for a refund may be claimed only before three days of the commencement of the course. The date of commencement of the course shall be the one determined by the academy. Any claim for refund shall not be entertained after this period has elapsed.
  2. The user has to intimate us through e-mail to the following address info@harvee.co.uk that he does not wish to continue the course before two weeks of the commencement of the course. Non-attendance of a course, without intimation of the same within the stipulated period of two weeks, shall not entitle the user for a refund.
  3. All the details of the course, including the location, date of commencement, duration are subject to change by the respective academies. We are not responsible for the same. In case there is a change in the above details, you may withdraw from the course after intimating us of the same. We reserve the right to determine whether you are eligible for a refund in such situations on a case by case basis.
  4. The quality of the course content, or the faculty appointed, or class room facilities depend upon the academy and are beyond our control. We cannot entertain claims for a refund stating reasons related to the quality of the courses, including, but not limited to, the reasons mentioned above.
  5. After the commencement of the course, any action taken by the academy is beyond our control and we are not responsible for any claims arising out of the same. This includes, but is not limited to, a case where the academy cancels a course after its commencement. We cannot provide you a refund in such cases. 
  6. Although we do our best to ensure that the details on our website are updated, there may be cases where the academy has not updated its information on the website. We are not responsible for any claims where the academy has withdrawn a course, or changed the content, location, duration, date of commencement, faculty and any other details related to a course, but has not updated the same on our Website. No refund shall be payable in such a case.
  7. This refund policy is only applicable to any transactions entered into by the user and the academy through the medium of this website, and not to any other transaction between you and the academy.
  8. Once the refund has been made, no further claims related to the respective transaction shall be entertained. By receiving the refund, you waive any further claims you may have against us with respect to the transaction.
  9. If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7-10 working days.
